Lip surgery, also called nymphoplasty or labiaplasty, is becoming more and more popular, especially among young women. Most of those who "take the plunge" are indeed less than 30 years old. The reasons given are diverse, but they can fall into two distinct categories: medical reasons and aesthetic reasons.
