Let's talk about the lower eyelid, or rather about sagging skin, dark circles and swelling called puffiness.
Puffiness is made up of fat and will appear more or less early due to skin slackening, they become waterlogged, so they are more or less important depending on the time of day (in the morning) or on hormonal phenomena that cause water retention.
Faced with the diversity of possible acts, let us first understand what are the 4 types of ageing at the level of the lower eyelid:
The appearance of fat pockets
Sagging skin
The melting of the cheekbone and highlighting of the furrows under the eyes descending onto the cheek (valley of tears).
Permanent contracture of the orbicular muscle of the eye (bulge under the eye).
These different types of ageing of the eyes are not exclusive and can be combined!
My work will consist of carrying out a complete static and dynamic assessment of the eyes in order to choose the best treatment together.
