The intervention is subject to post-operative monitoring.
Usually spread over a period of one year after the operation, this post-operative monitoring makes it possible to verify the patient's good recovery and the absence of surgical complications.
Generally, the patient is received several times after the cosmetic surgery:
a first appointment is fixed one week after the operation for a post-operative assessment,
a consultation is then scheduled at 15 days / 3 weeks to check the healing, and remove the threads if necessary.
a visit at 3/6 months makes it possible to ascertain the results of the intervention,
and a final report is drawn up at 1 year during a last control visit.
This post-operative follow-up scheme is obviously adapted to the type of intervention performed and to the needs identified by the cosmetic surgeon.
